Southbrook WineryIn 1991 Bill Redelmeier made real his long time dream of opening his own boutique winery. A few years later, Southbrook opened its doors to the public, showcasing its first 4000 cases of wine.  Since that modest beginning Southbrook has earned over 150 international medals and trophies for their table wines and fruit wines.

Southbrook have an e-mail newsletter which is sent out about every two weeks and contains information about the products in their market store, Ontario produce, deals currently available and, of course, their wines.

The Southbrook  facility is well suited to special events.  Their 18th century room is available for smaller, private dinners and gatherings, and their private tasting room as well as their Century Year Old Barrel Cellar is now available for customers to enjoy an evening of "fine wine, outstanding cuisine, ambiance and excellent service".

The winery is located at 1061 Major Mackenzie Drive, Maple just North of Toronto on, between Bathurst and Dufferin.  Call them at 905-832-2548 for hours of operation as they change with the seasons.
